ABEC was set up in 2005 to provide affordable workspace for small and expanding businesses and to have a range of enterprise related support services for tenants and local entrepreneurs.

It encourages business development by way of mentoring, training and the provision of relevant workshops and strives to become a centre of excellence for entrepreneurial endeavour.
